The East Bridgewater Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing according to G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 as amended, on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at 7:15 p.m. in the second floor Conservation Conference Room of the Town Office Building regarding a Notice of Intent filed by Marguerite Feroli for property located at 112 Winter Street. The subject of this request is the proposed repair of a septic system and associated grading within the 100 ft. buffer of a wetland.

The Hanson Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 8th, 2008 at 8:15 PM at the TOWN HALL, Meeting Room A, 542 LIBERTY STREET, HANSON, MA pursuant to a Notice of Intent for John and Michelle Doucette represented by Webby Engineering Associates, 180 County Road, Plympton, MA 02367.
Parcel & Project: A proposal to rebuild a shed, construct an above ground swimming pool, deck and tree removal within 100 feet of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland at 79 Mayflower Road, Map 96, Lot 8-24.
The applicant is filing under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, S.40 and the Town of Hanson Wetlands Protection By-Law 3-13 s.5 and Rules and Regulations.

The East Bridgewater Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the new conference room on the second floor of the Town Office Building, 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA to act on the application of Richard E. & Sharon D. Swan. APPLICANT is requesting a SPECIAL PERMIT for the PROPERTY located at 171 West Street and shown as Plan 32 Block 8 on the East Bridgewater Assessor’s Maps.
The SPECIAL PERMIT is being sought under SECTION 6.D.(3) of the ZONING BY-LAW of the TOWN of EAST BRIDGEWATER; entitled ACCESSORY USES AND ACCESSORY BUILDINGS. The APPLICANT seeks permission to allow construction of a 10,000 square foot accessory storage building. PROPERTY is owned by Richard E. & Sharon D. Swan and is located in a Residence 2 (R-2) Zoning District under the Zoning By-Law.
