Patricia A. (Medico) Johnson, 59, of Hanover died Monday in her home after a long illness.
Born in Weymouth on Feb. 20, 1959, she was the daughter of Lugian and Jennie (Bevilacqua) Medico of Rockland. She was raised and educated in Rockland and was a 1967 graduate of Rockland High School. She has lived in Hanover for 32 years.
Mrs. Johnson was a devoted family person and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed shopping and cooking.
Wife of the late Robert C. Johnson, she leaves her parents, four sons, Joseph P. Johnson of Hanover, Robert C. Johnson Jr. and his wife, Jennifer of Wash., Richard L. Johnson and his wife, Laura of Plymouth and Louis S. Johnson of Halifax; one daughter, Deborah L. Johnson of Hanover; three brothers, Robert L. Medico of Rockland, Louis R. Medico of R.I. and Dominic D. Medico of Hanson and three grandchildren, Megan, Valerie and Hailey and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 25 at 9 a.m. in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St., Rt. 139, Hanover. Burial will be in Hanover Center Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday from 4-9 p.m. in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 45 East Water St. in Rockland.
