as I have stated in the past I don't care either way if the CPA is passed or not. But I will say that it sounds like a few of our boards already have the money spent. I do see the CPA causing an issue in town when it is time to spend the money. There are far too many specail intress groups in this small town to fight over a few dollars.

I can just imaginge the waste this would generate. The Plymouth County Hospital purchase is an example of a small town not knowing what to do with a purchase after it's bought. Maybe a budget for expendetures in the next year would help make a strong case for this. A jackpot of monies would be wasted away as usual in Hanson. What if the seniors in town want exemption? A 5 page application must be filled out, the town knows the owners of property along with their ages, why not just exempt them??
